HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION DUES REMINDER . . .

HOA assessments are $150.00 per lot/per year payable by April 30th of each calendar year. 

Assessments assist with maintaining and improving property in the association (common areas) and HOA operation costs.

All owner’s are required to pay annual assessments as described in the covenants paragraph #21.
