The HOA Board of Directors reviewed and approved a budget for calendar year 2025 at the Board of Director’s Meeting on Sunday November 10, 2024. The budget includes regular annual expenses, as well as a schedule and estimated costs for anticipated long term replacements of subdivision assets. The budget also anticipates increases in the HOA dues that will be necessary in the future to meet rising costs. The adopted 2025 Budget can be viewed in the Resources tab on this website.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the ILHOA Board of Directors is scheduled to be held Sunday, January 26, 2020 @ 2:00 p.m. at the home of Scott Carlson 305 Indian Lookout Drive. Meeting agenda can be viewed in the resource center.
Public notice is hereby given that the regularly scheduled Annual Board Meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 20, 2019 in the Tiger meeting room of the Lander Community and Convention Center. The meeting agenda will be posted in the resource center prior to meeting date. Please be informed, nominations / elections will be held for the following Board positions: President, Secretary, and Member at Large for the two year term beginning January 01, 2020. To nominate yourself or another homeowner, please send a name and nominated position to any board member or the collective board at ilhoa@indianlookouthoa.com or P.O. Box 1416, Lander, WY 82520. E-mailed or mailed nominations should be received prior to October 20, 2019. Additionally, in person nominations will be taken at the Annual Homeowners’ meeting on October 20, 2019.
A fall social / BBQ is planned for September 21, 2019 at 4:00 p, in the north common area. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share. This gathering is purely social, no business will be held. Please plan on attending. We hope to see you there!
ILHOA spring barbecue is scheduled for June 09, 2019 at 4:00 PM in the North common area.
Burgers, hot dogs, drinks, & condiments will be provided and everyone is invited to bring a side dish or dessert to share. Please bring lawn chairs for seating and any outdoor games you enjoy.
This year’s BBQ has been designated as a “special meeting” of homeowners. We will ask attendees to complete a written ballot approving/rejecting proposed updates to the HOA board bylaws (preview updates). HOA business will be minimal. Please come and enjoy!
