The HOA Board of Directors reviewed and approved a budget for calendar year 2025 at the Board of Director’s Meeting on Sunday November 10, 2024. The budget includes regular annual expenses, as well as a schedule and estimated costs for anticipated long term replacements of subdivision assets. The budget also anticipates increases in the HOA dues that will be necessary in the future to meet rising costs. The adopted 2025 Budget can be viewed in the Resources tab on this website.
