Public Notice of Board Meeting

Notice is hereby given that a ILHOA Owner’s Meeting and HOA Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled to be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 3, 2024. The meeting will be held at the firepit on the South Commons.   The current HOA Board would like to try a different, less formal format for the annual meeting. The meeting will feature an open discussion of homeowner comments, concerns, and desires for the subdivision.

Summer BBQ 2023

The 2024 ILHOA summer barbecue is scheduled to be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday August 4th in the North Common Area.   

Burgers, hot dogs, drinks, & condiments will be provided and everyone is invited to bring a side dish or dessert to share.  Please bring lawn chairs for seating and any outdoor games you enjoy.

Neighbor Garage Sale

The 2024 neighborhood garage sale will be held on Friday August 2nd and Saturday August 3rd.  The garage sale will begin each day at 7:00 A.M.   We will advertise the Indian Lookout multi-house garage sale on LanderTalk.  To participate, simply organize your sale items in your driveway/garage and be ready for customers at the designated time.

Adopted 2024 HOA Budget

ILHOA Budget for 2024 has been adopted

The HOA Board of Directors reviewed and approved a budget for calendar year 2024 at the annual Owner’s Meeting and HOA Board of Director’s Meeting on Sunday October 15, 2023. The budget includes regular annual expenses, as well as a schedule and estimated costs for anticipated long term replacements of subdivision assets.   The adopted 2024 Budget can be viewed in the Resources tab on this website.

HOA Dues April 2021

HOA Dues - due by April 30

HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION DUES REMINDER . . .

HOA assessments are $150.00 per lot/per year payable by April 30th of each calendar year. 

Assessments assist with maintaining and improving property in the association (common areas) and HOA operation costs.

All owner’s are required to pay annual assessments as described in the covenants paragraph #21.
