A neighborhood garage sale is scheduled for June 08, 2019 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We will advertise an Indian Lookout multi-house garage sale on the “garage sale corner”. To participate, simply organize your sale items in your driveway/garage and be ready for customers at the designated times.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the ILHOA Board of Directors is scheduled to be held Sunday, February 24, 2019, at 3:00 p.m. in the Tiger meeting room of the Lander Community Center, 950 Buena Vista Drive, Lander, Wyoming, Meeting agenda can be viewed in the resource center.
Additionally, notices have been mailed (see notice) and this post serves to inform all homeowners that the Board is scheduled to vote on a HOA fee increase at this meeting. Homeowners are welcome to attend all HOA Board Meetings and we look forward to seeing you there.
ILHOA Board is aware there have been concerns regarding snow removal in the neighborhood and we have shared these concerns with the city. The following information was provided regarding our inquiry.
Snow plowing is prioritized according to a developed algorithm based on a street’s volume and posted speed limit with Emergency and Airport routes receiving the earliest attention (see City of Lander snow removal priority routes map). This algorithm considers needs and traffic flow of the entire city. Indian Lookout, along with all other subdivisions, is subject to that algorithm. As we are not along a primary route, we are basically on the lowest tier of urgency.
